Service Standards
We will display accurate, clear information about services, fees and charges
and the opening times of leisure centres.
We will provide trained recreation centre staff to assist patrons.
We will ensure that qualified lifeguards will be on duty at the poolside
during all public swimming sessions.
We will test pool water twice daily for temperature and chemical balance.
We will ensure that activity sessions start promptly at the times advertised
and that facilities are ready for customers at the times booked.
We will ensure that the council's organised sports activities for children
and young people will always be supervised and managed by appropriately
trained staff to ensure that safety standards are maintained.
We will maintain the cleanliness and supplies in changing areas regularly
and check that lockers, showers and hairdryers are maintained in good
working order.
We will give advance notice of any planned changes to service times or
facilities. If any emergency disrupts the service we will explain what
is happening, offer an alternative service, where possible, and/or offer
a refund where services have been paid for in advance.

available. The fully trained staff will be on hand for advice or just

Who can attend ?
Anyone who is injured as a result of participation in sport or a physical
recreation. It is preferable that you are referred to the Clinic by your
own G.P. or alternatively you can make an initial appointment with the
Clinic doctor.

The clinic is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm
How much will it cost ?
There is a standard charge and reduced price for holders of a leisure
card.
